Leverage the financial potential of a 4 million-strong diaspora community and $4.8 billion in annual remittances and their investment interest to fuel structured development initiatives.

Diaspora Bonds
- Israel: Issuing diaspora bonds since 1951.
- India: Successful diaspora bonds in 1991, 1998, and 200.
- Kenya & Nigeria: Leveraged diaspora bonds for capital.
Knowledge Transfer
- China: Zhan Tianyou and other engineers contributed to Chinese high-speed rail development after overseas experience and education.
- Rwanda: Used diaspora professionals for national reforms.
Lesson: Ghana can replicate these successes by leveraging global talents.
